ShotPilot Terms of Service
Draft pending user confirmation. This text is an implementation-aligned draft. It must not be treated as a published legal document until the product owner reviews and explicitly approves it.

These Terms describe the current ShotPilot web product: a local screenshot workspace that uses CorePlatform for sign-in, AI generation, credits, and subscriptions.
If you do not agree, stop using ShotPilot.
1. The service
ShotPilot lets you describe a store-screenshot story, upload product screenshots, review generated layouts, and export a local ZIP.
- Projects, conversations, and source images remain in the current browser unless you export a
.shotpilotbackup. - AI generation and purchases require a signed-in CorePlatform account.
- Store listing upload is your responsibility. ShotPilot does not submit builds or screenshots to Apple or Google for you.
2. Accounts and local data
You must keep your login credentials secure. Signing in on another browser or device does not restore local projects. If you clear site data without a backup, the projects cannot be recovered from ShotPilot.
A 30-day recycle bin exists only in the same browser. It is not a cloud trash folder.
3. Acceptable use
You may only upload screenshots and text you have the right to use. Do not use ShotPilot to generate or publish content that is illegal, infringing, or misleading for store review.
AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing titles, claims, and screenshots before submitting them to a store.
4. Payments, credits, and refunds
Paid plans and credits are provided through the generic CorePlatform billing APIs. A checkout success URL does not by itself unlock a plan; entitlement changes only after the platform verifies the payment.
- Manage a Creem subscription through the in-app customer portal when your current subscription provider is Creem.
- Non-Creem subscriptions do not show the Creem portal.
- Refunds follow the payment provider’s rules. Contact [email protected] with the checkout or order reference.
5. Account deletion
Settings includes a self-serve delete-account action. You must type DELETE to confirm. Platform account deletion is permanent. Export any local backup you still need before confirming.
