SnapCal Third-Party Services

SnapCal uses the following services to provide its core functionality. We do not include advertising, cross-app tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs in this release.

Supabase

• Purpose: anonymous authentication, App/project isolation, credits, and account records.
• Data: anonymous user ID, authentication data, project ID, hashed device fingerprint, credit records, and standard server request data.

OpenRouter

• Purpose: route notice parsing requests to the configured AI model.
• Data: recognized notice text, parsing context, and a compressed notice image when required.

Google Gemini

• Purpose: extract structured events and reminders from the notice request routed through OpenRouter.
• Data: the same request content required for the selected parsing operation.
• Privacy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Apple System Frameworks

• Purpose: select/capture notice images, run Vision OCR on-device, and write user-confirmed Calendar and Reminders items.
• Data: access is controlled by iOS permissions. SnapCal does not upload your existing Calendar or Reminders database.
