Frequently Asked Questions

How do I record with both cameras at once?

Open Dualie and tap the dual-camera mode button. Both front and rear cameras will record simultaneously. Tap the record button to start.

How do I use the trace overlay?

Switch to Trace mode, load a reference video from your library, then record. The reference video plays back as a semi-transparent overlay so you can match movements precisely.

How do I export my video?

After recording, tap the clip in your library, then tap Export. Choose your preferred layout (side-by-side, picture-in-picture, or single camera) and save to Photos.

My camera shows a black screen — what do I do?

Please restart the app. If the issue persists, go to Settings > Privacy > Camera and make sure Dualie has camera access enabled.

How do I restore my Pro purchase?

Tap Settings in the app, then tap "Restore Purchases." Your purchase will be restored automatically.

Does Dualie upload my videos?

No. All video content stays on your device. Dualie does not upload your recordings to any server.
